Leadership

Leadership is overrated. Even the best servant leaders tend to do what feels good for them and their closest compatriots. In worse case scenarios, like Russia, China and sometimes U.S. now, people filter eveything, figure out what's true and do the best they can for themselves and their families. Even in best cases, like FDR and New Deal, I'm sure there were people who fell through the cracks that didn't fit criteria for WPA jobs or didn't like undue restrictions on their liberty. And today some want to get all homeless housed but some people just can't abide by societal restrictions. In the end, at work, church or politics, people just have to make the best decisions they can for themselves and their families.
